    Bad management of carport

    Beautiful hotel. But there's only one flaw, the carport is not the hotel's. It's rented out front. And there's a single key for 12 tourists. It's very cumbersome. I'm taking the tow truck and the hotel wouldn't acknowledge even a percentage of the fine. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.com.ar. View originals.

    UNPRESENTABLE.I just made a telephone reservation and they appropriately told me a price in Argentine pesos.However, when they asked me for my card number, they told me that the price changes to dollars and the official exchange rate.Which I flatly refused because when I arrived in BUENOS AIRES I changed the dollar bill to the BLUE quote.That is robbing the unsuspecting tourist who does not know that in Argentina there are 6 different dollar quotes.Argentina has an official currency and it is the Argentine peso, it is not dollarized.The response from the person who assisted me was that the owner gave the indication that foreigners should be converted to the official dollar.What a shame, I am an Argentine resident in another country and it hurts me that there are tourist DISQUE-ENTREPRENEURS who do so much damage to the image of ARGENTINA.Upon my arrival in the month of September I will present the emails and recorded conversations to the MENDOZA tourist office.Foreigners, do not be fooled by these types of people who do a DISCLAIMER for tourism.     Great room, great pool, great price

    Our room was really huge and everything is so new that it was a pleasure to spend our two nights there. The staff are all very helpful and attentive.
