    We really enjoyed our stay at the Dazzler in Puerto Madryn. The staff at reception were lovely and so helpful! Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom nice and clean. Breakfast was fine.

    We stayed here three nights for our trip. The room was actually larger than I expected. It is not 4 or 5 star but location was excellent. Not very expensive either.Food could be a little bit better including breakfast but not a deal breaker.Lots of places to eat within walking distance and the view of the ocean from the room was nice.

    After staying at another Dazzler property in Buenos Aires, we hoped to have a similarly good experience at the Puerto Madryn hotel, but we were sorely disappointed. There were multiple problems with the rooms, including no water pressure/hot water, keycards not working, and the most annoying of all —- sweltering rooms with no ability to control the air temperature. All rooms require you to call the front desk and ask to adjust the temperature. Whatever they did does nothing. You have to choose between opening the window and hearing loud street noise, or roasting. Mattresses were uncomfortable, breakfast buffet was inedible, and front desk staff were apathetic at best. Avoid!

    Perfect for us - modern with courteous, helpful attentive staff, spacious, secure, right on the seafront and a short walk from some great restaurants, coffee shops and places to organise tours and excursions. The hotel has its own restaurant with fine dining in the evening and a fabulous breakfast buffet. There is a sun terrace with sun beds and fabulous views.

    We have just spent 3 nights at the Dazzler and can't fault it.We has an Ocean View room which gave us many views of whales in the bay.The room was very spacious, clean and fresh and met all our needs. We ate in the hotel restaurant (Coiron) twice. It is very popular, open to non-residents and reservations are essential. The food is excellent.A special "Thank You" should go to Julieta on the front desk for her fluent English and for being extremely helpful and welcoming.All in all...a great location and a great stay.
