    Spent two nights in The Exorcist room

    The room was the smallest I've ever stayed and it was freezing. Next Day I reported the problem and there was no change. I enjoy the cold but triste was to much. The bathroom was outdated and the room needed some TLC but the restaurant was a complet diferent thing: good food y great service. Woul líke to mention Fernández, the waiter for making every guest feel welcome. This hotel is not a four stars Maybe 2 and half.

    Nightmare Experience!! Elevator shaft in the wall of my room going up and down all night….. terrible food in the restaurant, window didn’t lock, room safe didn’t unlock, staff don’t care. The one small window I had facing a wall, with an AC unit covered in bird Poo Worst worst worst night in a hotel in my life and I traveled non stop for 20 years

    We pre-paid for 5 nights at this hotel, but the condition and quality of the hotel were so horrible, we moved to other hotel (Yep, they didn't refund a penny)The room was right next to busy street and it was noisy all night.The room was dirty, old and seems like never did any updating for last 30 years.$10 hostel should be better than this hotel.We spend two nights at Legardo Mitico Salta and two nights at KKala Both are beautiful boutique hotel and very clean and excellent service.Probably the two best hotel in Salta.

    It is located close to major interest points in a quiet street. An average hotel, but with a very kind staff. Very clean, comfortable rooms with nice complete bathrooms. Beautiful views from rooms, specially from high floors.     Water droping form the roof of the bathroom at 2am

    When I got to the hotel I got a room the bed was not made and the room was not cleaned. I had to wait over an hour to get the room in conditions.I arrived after having dinner one night and had to wait 20 minutes at the door until the receptionist got there to unlock the door.I crowned the last night with water noise from the bathroom and when I look there was watter dripping from the cealing, throught the lamp, to the floor.
