    The worst hotel I've ever stayed at

    This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had while traveling — and as a solo female traveler, the situation felt especially stressful and uncomfortable.The listing advertises a 24-hour front desk, but when I arrived with luggage, I discovered the reception was actually located about 700 meters away downhill at another hotel. Nobody informed me in advance, nobody contacted me, and I had to figure everything out myself after multiple unanswered calls.What shocked me even more was the condition of the apartment. The first unit I received was clearly used — unmade beds, dirty dishes in the sink, and signs that someone had just stayed there. When I contacted the receptionist, I was told, “I don’t know why the apartment is not clean, I’m in another hotel.” If the staff is not responsible for the apartment’s condition, why are guests required to collect keys there? The lack of accountability was unbelievable.Despite the serious hygiene issues, instead of offering a proper solution, I was told around 10 p.m. that I could simply cancel the booking — which, for a solo traveler at night in an unfamiliar place, felt extremely irresponsible and dismissive. The property never offered any refund or meaningful resolution directly; the only compensation came later from Trip.com as a goodwill gesture.Even after being moved to another apartment, I found food leftovers hidden inside kitchen cabinets and unclean utensils. Seeing old food left behind in a “cleaned” apartment was honestly disturbing and completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.What made the experience worse was the total lack of direct communication from the property afterward — no apology, no follow-up, no attempt to resolve the situation personally.I travel frequently and understand different standards around the world, but basic cleanliness, safety, and respectful communication should be the minimum everywhere. Unfortunately, this stay left me feeling ignored, unsupported, and genuinely disappointed. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because in its current condition I cannot recommend this property to anyone who expects even basic standards of hygiene and guest care.

    We stayed one night but really a disgrace. We still enter the kitchen sink dirty and some food opened in the fridge by previous customers. Precarious state of maintenance. Ridiculous bathroom. Better to avoid Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it. View originals.

    Greedy hotel in a time of crisis

    It a time of crisis people should be helping not being greedy. Due to COVID-19 and the increase in cases in Ushuaia our flights were cancelled. We requested a refund and the hotel made no exception. Absolutely disgusting. This hotel owner should be ashamed.

    We rented a room as a "day room" to relax in between the arrival of our cruise ship from Antarctica, and our flight to Buenos Aires. We had the taxi drop us and our luggage and the property, only to discover that check in and keys were only availble at a hotel that was about a 10 minutes walk away. My companion stayed with the bags, and I walked to and from the hotel. The room is a very basic studio apartment, with a double bed, table, kitchenette, and a TV. The bathroom had a shower, but there was an old mop left across the drain to dry. All in all it worked for our needs, but it was very spartan, and the key pick up not very convenient.

    The room was nice. Big and spacey with small kitchenette. Perfect for needs for a short stay. Only thing I would say our room wasn’t cleaned properly the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and we had left over toilet roll left for two days stay. If the room had been cleaned better it would be 5/5
