    Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rohit at the front desk, and I honestly can’t put into words how much of an impact he had on my experience. From the moment I arrived, he was so kind, warm, and genuinely present. He didn’t just do his job, he took the time to really connect, to listen, and to make me feel seen and welcomed.It’s rare to come across someone who carries themselves with such authenticity and care. His customer service was not only exceptional, but heartfelt, and it truly made my day.     Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by staying here, going to the cricket, wandering back to the bars after the cricket and finishing off with desert from Central Cafe. The room was beautiful, quiet and luxurious. Slept like logs and then had a wonderful breakfast at the ITL restaurant. EOS made our celebration perfect. Thankyou EOS.     Efficient, good room but not a hotel I would stay at save for access to the Adelaide Bowl

    Weird hotel. Strange check in located in the basement arrival area. Huge cavernous casino on ground floor. We were there for the the cricket so the location was just fantastic - 5 mins walk across the bridge. The rooms were lovely as were the bathrooms and housekeeping was very quick and very efficient. The bar was unfriendly and we were told that they would not make us coffee unless we waited 20 minutes or bought breakfast. Fair enough but we were staying in the hotel. The gym and the spa was lovely. Had a good massage. The pool area is a bit weird but fine.We enjoyed the hotel but would not stay here save for its proximity to the Adelaide bowl.     more of a 4-star hotel that is close to the casino and stadium

    EOS was more of a 4-star hotel whose main advantage was its connection to the casino and proximity to the stadium for events/festivals. The aesthetic is very modern and lots of "concrete" type finishes. We were very surprised to find no doors on the shower or toilet area. Some people may like this modern setup but it's not for us. If you're not super comfortable with your travel partner, it makes sharing the bathroom logistically difficult. The service level was more 4-star: we had to request room cleanings, there were tiny one-use toiletry bottle, they would only leave 2 towels no matter how many times we asked for more, etc.Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was good, there was good wifi, and the location for getting around to the main points of Adelaide were the biggest highlights. If we're in Adelaide again, we'll look for somewhere else to try instead but if you're solely in Adelaide for the casino, this could be a good option.     Short and sweet stay, with afew minor issues re parking and bathroom lighting, plan to go again for longer!

    Short One night stay for a business event at EOS. Valet assistant was friendly , Checkin was prompt and courteous. Room was comfortable, Clean. Afew small issues to be aware of. 1- Beware of Poor signage to EOS for valet parking. Missed initial turn off from North Tce and went around block in peak hour traffic to be slowly navigating to find any signage to direct to the EOS car drop. If I didnt take a sharp right and down a narrow lane which I could finally see the EOS signage, i would have missed the entrance and ended up at another underground parking location with a backload of cars behind me . 2- Requires a well lit makeup mirror as bathroom is lovely and large but not great to apply makeup. Very small gripe, but otherwise lovely stay and would still encourage others to go and will go again being aware of the parking setup!
