    This is a great motel well priced for the business travel and easy drive to Grafton CBD. It’s quite very tidy and the staff are extremely helpful, large tidy rooms. This is a great value for money motel and I will definitely be staying here again on my next business trip.

    My husband left his shirt in the wardrobe. We wrote to ask if they would return it, offering postage and handling fees. In return I received an email asking for a five star review and if any problems contact them direct.As it was not a five star stay I’m not prepared to give the review requested, even if it means losing the shirt.Our room was adequate and quite comfortable, although it would have been nice to have had a hand towel provided. The kitchenette with microwave was a nice surprise however when we went to have cereal the next morning there were no spoons (apart from one teaspoon). My husband went to the office to request them (no phone in room) however not a soul was to be found.So the stay was ok, but don’t leave anything in the wardrobe.

    Great overnight experience. Friendly welcome, although expensive, in my opinion for comparable properties, I have stayed twice and heartily recommend. Close by is a supermarket and bottle shop and limited takeaway. Navigating the ‘new’ entry to Grafton is fun!!!!

    great customer service and value for money. rooms super clean and tidy. car parks super size and undercover. no chance of other cars hitting yours. pool and restaurant onsite closed due to covid. simple check in process no waiting at the counter for 15 mins

    The cleanest room we’ve ever stayed in!Positives:•clean - the bathroom was practically sparkling! And the room didn’t have that musty motel room smell. Soft, clean carpet - our baby tested this out, head first😐•safe undercover parking - important when travelling!!•staff were so accommodating! Big thank you to Tracey who was so lovely on the phone and in person!!•we needed a portacot for our 7month old and when we arrived it was already set up, complete with sheets and blankets etc (we only rang half hour prior to arrival) (we have stayed at other places where you have to pick these up from the office and set up yourself)•the pool was closed for private use, however after asking, we were allowed in (we just wanted to dangle our feet)•great big, welcoming and clean communal balcony area which was nice to enjoy some time relaxing outside after a day of travelling•close location to takeaway. We had the most amazing Chinese (The Oriental?) delivered for only $4!!•Netflix and YouTube provided.Things to note:•only 2 teaspoons provided, but we realised on leaving that there’s a Coles about 2 doors down - though this wasn’t a big issue for us•the light on the tv illuminated the whole room when it was dark. We covered with a price tag when we woke to our baby during the night.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Bent Street - safe, clean and accommodating to families!
