Location

The resort is situated on the beachfront, surrounded by acres of sun-tropical gardens and just 2 km away from Coffs Harbour.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 135 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

    We stayed here for 2 nights. It is a nice apartment complex in a great location not far from the main Coffs Harbour centre and on a lovely beach. The breakfast and dinner meals are delicious with plenty of choice each time. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had no problems staying here and would recommend.

    Shame about the rooms. Fabulous situation, lovely restaurant but the rooms are disappointing. Dated, dark and cheaply furnished. The shabby chic of reception and restaurant isn’t extended to the rooms. We were upgraded as first two (20&22) are opposite the bins! Nice that they did this. Still shabby and didn’t feel luxurious at all.

    Stayed here last year and again last month. We love the bures with the spa bath, rooms are large and roomy with everything one needs, although the rooms can do with a refurbishment. Last year the restaurant and service was excellent, this year the restaurant is not good and I don’t recommend it at all. This year Accor have increased their prices and their service is now poor. Clearly the staff numbers have been cut, and now one has to go to the bar to order and pay, which isn’t good when the prices are so high.

    Unfriendly service, angry staff, very expensive meals with no flavour or atmosphere and no dessert with the kids meals because they didnt get a delivery, over an hour wait for drinks that didn’t arrive and had to be reordered, no hot water, no internet. Read the reviews before booking. Don’t waste your money. Much better and cheaper options in Coffs.

    Check in: basic, staff are friendly but need to be brand train as most cities Accor hotel where they make you feel more welcome.Food: well priced in my opinion but not great options. Basic food. Breakfast buffet are standard. Staff were friendly.Facilities: well maintained ground, beautiful settings with beautiful swimming pool and pool for children.Rooms: 3 bedroom apartment are outdated. When we booked for 3 bedroom, 1 room are separated to the main bedroom and kitchen. Not ideal for young families with young children as you can’t keen them separate to their parents. It’s should be noted that rooms are not serviced on a daily basis. Rooms are serviced every 7days if you staying longer.Down stairs heater were not strong enough to keep us warm.Hot water: no goodBar: few options are there, staff at the bar are nice and have great attitude.Car park: great space and more than enough parks.Location is great as it’s close to one of the beach.
