    Reasons why we chose Club Wyndham resort after reading other resort reviews:1. CLEANEST ROOM EVER!One of us is a professional cleaner and was also impressed how clean the room was!2. VALUE FOR MONEYStayed in the Terrace 2 bed apartment, 2 bathroom with lounge, kitchen, laundry and spa tub. Sleeps 6 as sofa can be bed too.Had peach coloured walls but found the decor charmingly retro.Kitchen had milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. Dishwashing liquid, chux and tea towels.The terrace apartments have free parking underneath and more parking on the street. Pool in the complex but more pools in the resort itself.3. DECENT BREAKFASTHad buffet breakfast in the Bar and Grill with amazing view over golf course, decent selection of hot and cold food with pancake making machine the kids will love.4. STAFFWe checked in late at 9pm (one reason why we chose this one as other resort's check in were not open that late). Front desk were polite, welcoming and professional. Gave us extra towels as requested as no daily housekeeping.5. EXTRAORDINARY SERVICEWe got a flat tire and NRMA would be an hour way. Ross the groundsman from Club Wyndham kindly offered to jump in and help us in the rain, laying on curb in a puddle helping us change the tire. Shout out to Meg from events for loaning us umbrellas and offering assistance!6. You do need a car to get around, it's a large resort and reception is not walking distance. Short drive to town centre. The resort is slightly dated but well maintained and good value for money.

    Great accommodation surrounded by natural bushland and wildlife. Staff are all very welcoming and service is always with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Units are very well furnished and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Not sure there are any amenities missing - pool and spa area are wonderful, pool is heated and there's a games room and cafe area. We have travelled to this Resort many times and it's always the same great service. We have booked two units for Christmas so some of our family can experience what we have enjoyed.

    Resort is very tidy and has great facilities. Being able to use 3 different swimming pools is good and each one has a different environment. The staff were friendly and helped at every opportunity.

    awesome pool and noodles available for use, lifts were great as stairs are a problem for me, kiosk at reception was great
