    Premises was old and outdated and extremely cramped. Cockroach in bathroom. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Kept trying to charge us even though we had already paid.

    Not the best for coffs

    We stayed there on accor points and amex points only paid $ 55 cash instead of $ 180 for myself and 2 kids 13 and 16. We arrived late 800 pm left early. The room was good for motivating the kids to rise early as they were not keen to stay longer. The main issue was the stench from the bathroom with the 2 holes in the wallpaper of the shower. Both my kids refused to shower. Apart from that room baic but okay. I risked it and had a shower. In reception they told me the property had been renovated recently shame about the bathroom result.

    You get what you pay for. It’s very cheap, it was 100 bucks a night. Bedroom was ok, but it smelled like there were dogs in there before. Quite old, bathroom with shower with plastic curtain, water goes everywhere… but it had air con, so that was a plus.

    My own fault for not booking my return trip earlier, so I was left with very little choice at a decent price. Though once I saw the room, I would have paid the extra $50 to stay where I did on my way down to NSW (it was so much better). One seat in the room, I didn't really want to have a shower the area was so awful. Paint peeling, the hotel is old and tired, the bed hard. No soap in the bathroom. No lifts. Good points, close to the pub which had a good dinner and beer. The receptionist was nice and helpful on arrival.

    WELL DONE ! The difference was highly noticeable since my last stay Very clean rooms, and the Receptionist last on 15th October evening was very friendly and assisting me to chose the perfect room - Back to a 'GREAT PLACE TO STAY "
