    Room was terrible - numbers written on doors with a marker pen, air con wasn’t working properly, smelt awful, dirty & something on bathroom door! Stayed one hour & left.

    Overnight accommodation on the way to Queensland for work.

    Booked an overnight room for January 2nd and while the room was clean the bin in the bathroom was full from the previous people. Not good. The security lights were on all night and made it difficult to sleep as the curtains were broken at the top and would not seal. I left my pillow there by mistake and once I discovered I contacted the motel and they said that they ha it put aside. Called back i a week later and they told me they had given it to somebody else because they said it was theirs. $140.00 pillow gone. No compensation except saying they will give me a discount next time. Note there will NOT be a next time.

    Smells like a 1990s taxi cab

    Old and tired sticky seedy carpets dirty bathrooms. Room smelled like an old taxi from the 1990s - musty and male BO. Desk is small and wierd. Ceilings are spray on concrete - like a school classroom. Mouldy shower ceiling. Sticky floors with hairs and other mess. Felt unclean. Makes you want to wear thongs all the time.About 4-5 years ago this place was OK. Now its gone rough and seedy again. I dont recommend.

    This is a basic motel, but does the job and provided a good stop over on our journey to Queensland. Located within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.Room was basic, but clean and functional. We would certainly stay there again.Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

    It seems that with all the roadworks to do with the Coffs Pacific Freeway, it can be difficult to get Mon - Thurs accommodation around town. Hence when I saw a good deal for a 3 night weekend stay pop up, I took it. The motel is adjacent to the old CBD so plenty of shopping, eating and drinking options available within a short walk.The room allocated was clean with just about everything a traveler needs. Although I did think it a little remiss that there was no bedside light or a switch to allow for turning off the lights once in bed - lucky I had a torch.Buying a cut price package does have its hazards. For instance daily replenishment of the basics doesn't happen unless asked for. This was no problem with the domestic staff - all good.Will definitely look to stay here again as the overall experience was very good and suited our needs.
