I had to 3 hrs travel to Canberra as my Husband had motorbike accident and was I ICU. I arrived 9 pm. I booked my accommodation through a third party (not realising)When i got to the accommodation about 12 midnight there was a after hrs phone number which I call and the gentleman on the other end would not let me in saying I only had a reservation for the next night. I advised him I have a confirmation email I could send it to him. He told me to call the company I booked through. Which I did on hold for 54 min. By this time it was about 12.45am I’m on my own sitting on the steps of the hotel. They advised they fix this issue so went back and call him again I had to call twice as he didn’t answer the first time still wouldn’t let me in. I’m 62 yrs old lady and had to sleep in my car in a car park. He was so rude and had no regard for my safety. Even after I explained my situation. I did get annoyed with him he told me he was going to end the call.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Adobe Hotel! Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient and the atmosphere is peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and smooth stay.

Fine stay apart from the bacon!

Rooms are slightly better than average and quite spacious. My stay included breakfast, Sadly nobody explained to me that the FULL breakfast was included, but I ordered eggs on toast with bacon and tomato. Apparently I would have got this PLUS more in the full brekkie, but as I ordered as I did, the bacon was apparently an extra!! The restaurant manager asked me to pay the $5 for the bacon.... WHAT???Yep, I had to go back to my room and get my credit card and pay $5..... who does that?? For that reason alone I have never been back there.

Stayed 1 night. V clean and super comfy bed. Can park in the public car park across the road.Be mindful room service served in takeaway cartons.Only minor gripes were towels a tad too small and no dressing gowns. Apart from that very happy! Would stay there again.

A reasonable hotel but did not deliver what was advertised

The property was clean and quiet. However during my stay there were no dining facilities which included breakfast although this was advertised on their website. As a diabetic, I would not have booked at this hotel if I had been made aware of this on booking. Also despite numerous attempts I was unable to access the WiFi using the password I was given and no support was provided to me to sort this out. Very poor service Abode Woden, I will not be staying with you again!
