    The room was not serviced until I asked for it to be done; they are still using COVID-19 as an excuse. There was a hot water issue, which was resolved, but I was told there was a gas leak which the plumber had fixed. As far as I was aware, there was no evacuation, and the gas needed to be off for a few hours. It was more than 12+ hours before the water was back up and hot enough to use, that is not a few hours.

    Comfy bed & renovated bathrooms. Most staff members were friendly & welcoming, but one extremely rude staff member left a lasting impression. Cleanliness was lacking in some areas, eg. bathroom exhaust fan, balcony with cigarette butts, lift with the same food scraps uncleaned for 3 days running.

    The hotel was busy, but the rate was high and the facilities did not warrant the cost. The shower was without curtain, cleaning was not every day and the room was noisy. I could here the water from the room above and there were service vehicles outside my room leaving early every morning.

    My partner and I stayed in Belconnen Hotel Motel when we needed to go the Canberra unexpectedly. The Belconnen Hotel/Motel made us very welcome when we stayed there for a few nights. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and the room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We would definitely stay there again on another occasion.

    Hi this is a message for the General Manager Fiona McDougall.My name is Ramona(Razz) Hyde and i brought my resume in around the second week of April looking for a position in housekeeping.About 1 month later i wrote an email to reception to pass on to the the manager as i am super keen to begin a job at your motel asap and have heard nothing back.I couldn"t find an email address for you so i thought i would try this.I have been in the industry for over 12 years at three different hotels in Canberra and am willing and able to start a new position at your motel if you would just give me a chance, you have all my details and i really hope to hear from as quickly as possible.thanks Razz
