    Simple, clean rooms for a short break in the Capital - near some great restaurants

    Small clean comfortable room - great proximity to bars and dining options in Barton.Bed and bedding made for a very comfortable sleep - and our room was very quietBath somewhat shallow to allow full immersion - which was a bit disappointingTV seems to only offer free to air options - no streaming or casting possible.The "lobby" area for snacks and for complimentary hot drinks is good - though as far as I know there is no communual 'lounge' areaWe made use of the bike hire 'vending' service just outside of the hotel - which is great for enjoying some of the many cycle paths in and around CanberraWould definitely stay here again when returning to Canberra

    Feels like home - great clean rooms with the best bed I have slept in. We keep coming back as service is great and it is value for money. Good location and we love the old world nature of the hotel.

    The hotel and rooms were lovely, recently painted and quaint The bathroom was a little tired but the shower strength was excellent and so this made it alright.     The Brassey Hotel was chosen on this visit for its location.
