7 suites, 157 single rooms and 138 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock.     We had a great experience at crown plaza. The staff at red salt were especially attentive when we dined there for both breakfast and dinner. A special thanks to Harjit who assisted us with coeliac meals and a fussy eating 8 year old. Highly recommend.

    Couldn’t have asked for more, perfect short stay and surprisingly very wallet friendly.The king room was modern, spacious, OCD clean & tidy and most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable, ❤️😴☁️All Staff were polite, friendly and supportive on every level which made it feel quite homely. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh and cooked options, going as far to have a chef on hand for custom made omelette if desired.Definitely no complaints here, highly recommend 5⭐️ all round 👌Big thank you to all the staff.🤗

    Practical Choice of Stay in Canberra

    Spent 3 nights here as a family of 3 and found it to be a comfortable and practical base for exploring Canberra. Enjoyed its good location within walking distance to shopping and dining at Canberra Centre. An on-site basement car park is available at an AUD 35 per day rate.We were greeted by a bright atrium-style lobby during check-in and waiting. The room was spacious and well laid out, with two comfortable beds. Had an enjoyable view from the room, especially during sunset. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, with a good spread that covered the essentials well for our stay. In-room dining was a good, convenient option after a long day out on our last day, when we returned early to pack. Overall, a reliable choice in Canberra, especially for families or those driving, as long as you’re comfortable with slightly older interiors and a more standard (rather than premium) dining experience.

    The hotels in the middle of the city center and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. It's also quick 10 minute journey to/from the airport.All staff interactions were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and had all the necessities for a comfortable staff.Breakfast offering was great and food quality was on par for a Crowne Plaza.The only cons were the bathroom, it was dated and the shower was in the bathtub, and housekeeping could have done a better job on cleaning including replenishment of the coffee

    Very nice stay at Crowne plaza Canberra. The hotel is very well located, right near the shops and restaurant. Beds are very comfortable. The gym is great. The breakfast was great and the staff members very lovely and caring. Special mention to the gentleman in his 50-60’s who is probably the breakfast manager. He managed to talk to kitchen to have more croissant for our son and made sure our table was cleared when plate were empty. Coming from hotel background I can say those details made your stay enjoyable and memorable. Thank you!
