Quiet Gosford accommodation

This motel is in a quiet street away from the main highway into Gosford. Despite visiting on the NRL grand final day it was exceptionally quiet.The refurbished room was tastefully decorated and pleasing to the eye on entry.Everything I needed was there including a microwave.A lot of places to eat close by.Highly recommend this motel

Premium Price Gouging at its Best!

We were charged $610 for 2 nights, to arrive and notice rooms available on Booking.com for $165.The staff tried to tell us that Booking.com controlled the price!Garbage!When other family arrived who booked separately, they were quoted $500 per night direct through motel, but chose to pay $385 via booking. Com.Absolute price gouging!Don't mind paying peak time prices, but don't like being rorted...and have them pass blame to Booking.com. Will NOT be returning on principle. Motel clearly only worth $165- not $305, not $385 or $500!

We booked 3 nights at the Gosford Palms Motor Inn, glad we chose here to stay! It is walking distance to transport, shops and pubs. The room was very clean, bed & pillows comfortable, room was serviced daily. Will definitely stay here next year if we attend the same event.

If you enjoy 1970s motels you may like this place. Problems I had in a 2-night stay:There was an unwrapped half-eaten chocolate chunk on my pillow when I arrived.I had to ask 3 staff before my ground floor bathroom window was secured; needs a key, staff don't know where to find one.Bed was made but tea, milk etc. were not replenished.Asked for ice, there was none. They did volunteer to put an ice tray in the office fridge, so there was a bit available for me to pick up several hours later.
