    Not great. Doesn’t look anything like the photos. The pool was green and the room was filthy and lots of very dodgy characters hanging around. Would not recommend….!

    Rubbish in the hallway outside of the doorway, Damaged wall (hole), No toilet paper, long Black hair in the towels on the bed. the shower floor was full of black hair, grout and dirt, junk mail left on the dinning table. large stain on the wall.

    Very tired motel. Aircon did not work. Half light bulbs out. Not very clean. Very hard to find. No views. WiFi useless. Way overpriced.

    The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Family room in hotel backed onto a major main road with constant loud traffic (e.g. cattle trucks), air con was an old in-window loud compressor type that kicked in every 30 minutes, no hot water, wifi useless, television could not show standard definition channels and no chance on high definition, very difficult to enter through back lane and parking area was tiny.

    Booked 2 rooms for our employees. When they arrived they were total my payment hadn't gone through and was declined. They then charged them and extra $274. My payment was made through Agoda and defiantely went through. I have sent proof of payment to the motel with copy of the receipt from Agoda and copy of my bank statement where both amounts were deducted from my card. This was at the beginning of November. They first told me they would follow up a resolve. I have since emailed them twice with no reply. Really poor service, definately do not recommend staying here.
