    Motel is okay but probably wouldn't stay again. Was very noisy due to the position of the motel and the elephant in the room above. Room had not been clean very well at all. Floors were dirty, refrigerator had the previous persons left overs and stale milk in it. Shower the same multiple cakes if old soap not removed. Wash basin dirty.Bed very soft and spongy didn't make for a comfortable night's sleep after a long busy day.Would not stay again

    I spent a few days here in a two bedroom apartment with disabled access, for work. The overall experience was disappointing. There is only one railing in the wardrobe with no shelves or drawers. There is Blockout curtains with sheer blinds but not in the kitchen. The rollup blind in the kitchen meant lack of privacy. The cooktop exhaust fan had non-functional lights. Despite the cold weather, there is only one thin blanket with no additional quilt available. One air-conditioner services the whole apartment- in the living area. This meant with closed bedroom doors, the bedrooms would not be cooled/heated. Mugs are chipped and cracked at the handle. There are holes in the sheets and towels. There is only one face washer despite many bath towels being provided. I failed to see how one railing & one hook for towels in the bathroom is enough for a family- only enough space for one bath towel. There is only one mirror in the whole apartment, which is above the vanity. Wi-Fi is slow at 14mbps upload. Next door has very squeaky front door hinge and because the residents were constantly coming and going, it would be squeaking and slamming non-stop.It appears that there is only one few coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the whole complex, servicing around 100 apartments?! $4 per 30 minutes. The washing machine machines are dirty and there is a very small clothesline which is also dirty and appears unused. I can’t understand how residents would do laundry here. Overall, disappointing. Would not recommend.

    No Internet and not good. Cattlemen's you could do better

    The Internet is almost non existent! The Internet doesn't work on the TV, so no Netflix. Commercial TV keeps cutting out too. So it requires hotspoting off your mobile to do anything. The cutlery and dishes were dirty with a skim of grease on everything, including the floor. The rangehood has oil drips hanging from the filter. The refrigerator has not been leveled and the freezer is dirty. The unit has the main bedroom window opening onto the walkway, it has a standard flyscreen, not a securityscreen, so you can't sleep with the window open, or leave it open during the day. The unit has one AC in the lounge and it would be 10 m to the main bedroom , so heating and cooling is an issue. The laundry facility is an open wall in the carpark, you stand in exposed weather. And this was a Superior 2 bedroom apartment!!! We contacted room service twice about the poor Internet and also walked over to speak to the management - not even sympathy. Would I stay here again for a week HELL NO. It is a good property, but could be so much better.

    Wow, this property is huge yet central and with all amenities. Our fabulous 2 bedroom modern apartment was near new, lavishly furnished and of such luxurious standard befitting permanent residence.Friendly staff and attention to detail within the entire complex should entice a return visit and longer stay.Best shower, kitchen, and bedroom comforts I've enjoyed anywhere in my extensive travels.

    After staying at some pretty ordinary accommodation in the last few days and not expecting too much, we were pleasantly surprised from the warm greeting from Paul, the high standard of the room and the best onsite restaurant we have been to in a motel - would definitely recommend this place to travelers to Dubbo - great room, we stayed in king suite on ground level, quiet clean comfortable modern great bed and linen and sparkling bathroom
