  This place is NOT what they advertise online. See attached photos. This place was disgusting and dirty. spare bed was flimsy, mould within the bathroom, the whole level stank like rubbish, NO customer service would assist, still will not contact me back 3 weeks after complaint was raised. Think twice about spending your money here.

  The apartment was dirty, the vents full of dust to the point of the dust clinging to the ceilings, I told reception staff and they said they will send a cleaner the next day but nothing happened, dirty bathroom, mould on the ceilings, there was even a bucket under the laundry sink to catch the water from the leaking pipes that I had to empty in the middle of the night, if you want a relaxing holiday don't stay here, there's a nightclub across the Rd that seems to go everyday until the early hours even during the week, on the plus side the air-con worked well and the bed was comfortable and dishwasher was handy, staff were friendly.   Great location and central to everything in Surfers Paradise

  A few downsides: the dishes and cutlery were dirty, requiring re-washing; no free wifi available on the first night as they are individual modems and there aren't sufficient modems to cover all bookings; the tap water was undrinkable; It was expected that we put all dishes in the dishwasher and remove our own rubbish. None of this I don't particularly mind but we weren't informed of all these things on booking, only just prior to check-out. I had to ask for more toilet paper and thankfully got there just in time before reception closed at 5pm. Also, the additional $8 card surcharge was not advised of at the time. On the Accor app, it stated I had paid my account in full but actually hadn't been charged when I queried it. And then an $8 charge on top, without any notification is fairly disappointing.   Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that detracted from my experience. The customer service was lacking; I struggled to get a response when I called for assistance. Additionally, the cleanliness of my room was below standard, with hair in the shower, marks on the walls and there was no towels or anything for the third person when we arrived. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit did not function at all.When I let the staff know all the issues, there was no sympathy at all. One staff member I quote said “ we are not a 5 star resort, we are a 3 star resort what did you expect” this was after I showed him the photos and I asked if we could get cleaners to come up to re clean the room since the hotel rooms were fully booked out which the staff members said multiple times they would and it never happened. I will also attach photos for reference as I did show these to the staff.To top it off Elisabeth the general manager doesn’t respond back to emails. I have contacted multiple times and still have not heard back. Kobi from the reception, I have spoken to and has been great to deal with and is apologising for the lack of response I’m not getting but it’s not for to apologise for rather than the manager should be dealing with the situation.   A "good stay".

  Very central to everything on the Gold Coast. Cannot say much more. Worth the money.
