  Very disappointed. Room nothing like photos on their website.

  Checked into here in May 2026 and was so excited to be staying here after seeing the photos of the rooms on booking.com and their own website. Unfortunately we ended up checking straight back out. The room we were given was on the 2nd floor and it was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was riddled with mould and the taps were broken. The whole room was absolutely filthy. When we opened the cupboard in the kitchen there was a massive dirt buildup and a dish brush that was black. I don’t think it had been cleaned in a long time. We didn’t even want to touch anything it was that bad. Very disappointed as the room looked absolutely nothing like what is being advertised. It was very very dated, dark and filthy. I'm glad to see we were able to refund your stay in full, in the hopes you could find suitable accommodation. My team and I having been working on this room for quite some time. We have upgraded the bed, installed individual split system AC in both bedroom and living room, replaced the carpet, installed an additional TV, replaced the couch and dining table and chairs. Unfortunately I can't change the view which is why the rest of the apartment has been worked on to compensate. I will definitely have my team look into the cleanliness issues though.   We stayed at this accommodation whilst spending a week at the Magic Millions sales, Polo and races.Whilst the accommodation was dated, it was clean and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed, clean amenities.The location was perfect for our situation and the staff were very helpful and informative. Lisa and Kevin were our direct contacts. They were great.   Great location with Friendly, Helpful Staff

  The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The location is in close proximity to the beach and the main Surfer Paradise area, with public transport close by. The rooms are large with balconies looking over the ocean or towards the hills, there is also a large kitchen. Free parking makes the hotel favourable. Will definitely stay again.   I stayed at BreakFree Longbeach for Schoolies with a group of friends, and we honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. The amenities were great, with the apartments being super comfortable and having amazing views. The location is absolutely perfect — only a very short walk to the shops, Cavill Avenue, and the beach, which made everything so convenient. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, but a special shout-out has to go to Kevin, the manager. He was genuinely the best—always looking out for everyone and making sure we were safe and happy. You can tell he really cares about every single guest.Overall, an awesome experience.   Absolutely amazing experience here! The staff were all so lovely and accomodating, rooms were nice and always clean, suitable access to everything that was needed and genuinely felt safe and cared for during our stay here.
