104 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     Firstly this is not a 5 star hotel and it doesn’t pretend to be one either.It is, however an excellent base for visiting/ staying on the Gold Coast.We checked in easily and were directed to a secure open air car park at the rear.A request had been made for a quiet room on the top ( 3rd) floor and the hotel duly obliged.The room was clean and modern and we didn’t hear a peep all night. The bed was too soft for our liking.The hotel has an outside pool with plenty of comfortable loungers and all looked to be well maintained.The deal came with a free drink at the bar and 10% off food. The buffet breakfast was included in the price.All in all a relatively basic type of hotel but nevertheless nothing to complain about. Hence it receives our recommendation.

    Excellent accommodation. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Room comes with free buffet breakfast Hotel attached has great meals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again. Very affordable

    Great stay considering the price. Front desk staff were lovely and helpful (I made a stupid error with my booking, and they were very accommodating). My son loved the buffet breakfast. Rooms were very tidy and comfy. It was great to have secure parking available. Thank you.

    Surprising gem on the Gold Coast

    Disclaimer: Review based on a one night stay only.I wouldn't normally bother leaving a review after such a short stay but I thought this place deserved a shout out for offering comfortable, quiet accomodation, and a great experience. The rooms themselves are fairly basic but with all the neccessary amenities and the property itself has some great facilities. A massive pool with plentiful sun beds (sadly a bit too chilly for a swim during this stay) free gated parking and super friendly and helpful reception staff. While not right on the beach, it's just a five minute drive away, and similar distance to many shops and restaurants. there is also a spacious restaurant and bar on site. Best of all, the included breakfast was far from being just a bowl of cereal thrown in. A full array of hot and cold breakfast treats was served buffet style in the restaurant, and I'd have to say it's a long time since I've stayed at a hotel where this inclusion was such great value. Overall, a really good experience here and would thoroughly recommend it - even for more than one night!
