Location

The apartment hotel is located just 100 metres from the glorious golden sands of Kurrawa and Broadbeach, minutes from one of Queensland's largest shopping retailers and the casino.     Great beachside option

    Very conveniently located for beach, shopping and dining options. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and surrounded by food/ dining options, including Toms downstairs which was great for breakfast/ lunch and coffee. Staff friendly and helpful, free secure parking and the building itself felt safe, I would stay here again.

    Dated decor, noisy and when I asked for my $200 deposit back after 8 days (i had to call twice), I was told I had to call my bank and ask for it to be released. Plenty of good options in Broadbeach - this is not one...............................

    Lying Staff untrustworthy will try anything to rip you off. It is on an extremely busy loud highway unable to sleep, seems police on the Gold Coast don't car about modified muffets. Motor cars and bikes. The staff are unfriendly and will take your money. Place is old and dirty.

    Had requested a high level floor in this 9 storey building but our room was on the 3rd floor. I mentioned this when l completed the paperwork and was advised we had been upgraded ok but missing from the apartment was a salad bowl or something equivalent but when l mentioned this to the receptionist l was told owners need to arrange this item & also that previously the on-site manager had paid from his own money items to be replaced. Truly l have never been spoken to like this when asking about an item nor do l need to know about the on-site manager’s expenses. Another concern and disbelief was l was called on my mobile and told that no extra person can sleep in the apartment, l had a visitor visit us & we left after 30mins l was extremely disappointed and annoyed by this.

    We booked this place through a recommendation which turned out to be a big mistake (the recommendation obviously doesn’t travel much or has very low expectations)The place has a smell that wafts in and out, mould all through the bathroom and stains on the furniture.They are currently painting, so sewage mixed with paint fumes isn’t a great mix.Staff at reception are not friendly (with the exception of 1 younger staff member)But most of all, I actually didn’t feel safe here.I recommend the Qube or Synergy for the same price but much nicer.Ps check the bed to make sure the sheets are washed before getting in
