  One of the worst hotel experiences of my life!

  Absolutely appalling service from word go. When we arrived at 3.00pm reception was closed. Our check in information said "The front desk is open during the following times: Monday-Friday: 9 AM-4 PM Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property" There was nobody to be seen and reception was locked up. We tried calling several numbers for after hours provided on the front of the property but both lines were not being answered or were disconnected. God forbid it wasn't an emergency situation!! We had asked for a rollaway bed for our son which wasn't in the room. Again when I tried calling the numbers provided but still no answer. Luckily a lovely lady who owns apartment there helped us and managed to track someone down after making numerous calls. If it wasn't for this lady's help and persistence to assist us trying to contact the building manager, we would not have had any help. She said this is a persistent problem with the property manager who lives miles away and is never there. We were at the stage of sleeping on some old outdoor sun lounger matts a neighbor said he could help with. When a rollaway bed finally arrived it was old and rusty and appallingly uncomfortable. Our son couldn’t sleep on it.Overall the experience at this place was terrible and ruined the end of our trip to the Gold Coast.Avoid this absolute rip off joke of an establishment at all costs!

  Nice but could do better

  First off the positives , location & beach views from unit 407 .Negatives same as all the previous reviews unit is in desperate need of a makeover with old furniture. carpet , fridge and washing machine that sounded like it was ready to launch when you used it , if they were to spend money it would entice repeat customers .

  Great location with beach access and lots to explore. The apartments are older but they are built to a high standard with everything you could want. The only suggestion for improvement is the beds which are beyond firm. A rock would have more give 🤣Highly recommend this resort for a very well priced beach getaway.

  False advertising this place is not luxury accommodation as advertised, it does not provide the basic level of comfort, firstly the air conditioning was not working.We were given instead a pedestal fan to use, and had to leave the front door open to create a breeze . The lack of a non functional air conditioner created an environment that was very unpleasant, also stains on curtains, damage doors, toilet was not attached to floor move every time we used it. Outdated bathroomThis place is in desperate need of an upgrade, Verydisappointing definitely our experience was far from satisfaction not worth the price. You can find better accommodation in this area for less money.

  Very disappointed, old and overpriced

  We stayed in unit no.505.This unit is advertised as 2 bedroom Delux. Oh boy, the items in this unit broken or not cleaned for month, are numerous. I took photos. Furniture are a mixture of chairs at the dining table, there a no pillows or cushions on the couches which makes sitting on them no very comfortable. In all, for the cost charged for this unit per week, it is well overdue to be upgraded. This would include some of the kitchen equipment like toaster,sandwiche maker (dirty), frying pan. Also no dishwasher in unit.The only positives are, the bed was comfy enough and the BBQ area on the roof is nice, weather permitting.The service desk is only attended 6 hours a day during the week and one and a half on weekends. On one day during our stay the desk was not attended at all. There is a answering service but all the can do pass on messages for the next day.
