Facility

This resort has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Awesome Location with Beach on one side and the Tram Stop out the other side, We had a 2bdrm apartment, stunning, clean, great size, kitchen and aircon were fantastic. Friendly staff couldn't fault anything. Very good price, and the surf was the only noise so can't complain about that. The hot spa downstairs was 5*

    We loved the location. Close to public transport. The 2 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for our family. Rooms were clean, good amenities. Lovely ocean views. We would love to stay here again and definitely would recommend.

    The appartement was ok the size was ok the view was awesome. We took once a cleaning service which was a joke. The' only made the beds and changed the towel. In the bathroom still hairs and sand on the floors. Also the balcony was not cleaned still sand on the floor. For 75 dollars i expect more. The beds where the greatest joke i ever had. My back still hurts. The matratze are too old. On the balcony the futniture was damaged and with branding wholes and for the money you pay i expected more then a rattanlounge

    My kids and I travelled to Gold Coast for the Australian Age Nationals this April and stayed at Rhapsody Hotel at Surfers Paradise. We originally booked for Meriton but decided to move to Rhapsody Hotel after our friends told us they were staying there. I was pleasantly greeted over the phone by the hotel staff to book my accommodation with ease. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were lovely and friendly. The room was very clean and our ocean 2 bedroom view was spectacular. All the facilities in our room was clean and working well. There were no bad smells that some hotels have. The staff also provided extra amenities halfway during our stay over the week. Highly recommend. Lovely staff and hotel.
