    Stayed here for 10 nights while my bathroom renovations were being done and really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff were always friendly and welcoming.A special mention to Dylan in the restaurant area. He always presented himself very professionally and delivered my meals with a friendly smile. He was polite, helpful and made me feel very welcome during my stay.Also thank you to Alan for the friendly room service deliveries. Both staff members were a credit to the hotel.I also loved the airport views from room 626. Great spot if you enjoy watching the planes.

    Polite and friendly staff on both night and morning shifts, restaurant staff polite and friendly, meals good value and tasty. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Despite being at the airport I could not hear any jets flying in or out.

    Our flight was cancelled so the airline put all passengers in the Rydges to stay overnight. I sensed it was not an uncommon occurrence and the check-in was quite organised given the large number of people suddenly needing to check-in. It is located conveniently on site at the airport, and check-out was also straight forward. The winning feature was receiving a package in the post 1 week later containing the phone charger lead and hot water bottle that my husband had left in the room. That was much appreciated.

    What an amazing 2 nights we experienced! Check-in with assistance from Max was above and beyond. He gave us his valuable time to to offer everything we needed to know about the fabulous facilities including where to have breakfast, the hours for the restaurant, the gym. Gorgeous swimming pool and even walked with me to show me how to access the underground car park. Clearly Max enjoys his Customer Service role ensuring guests have full knowledge of all which is available to them while staying at Rydges Coolangatta Airport. Thank you Max! Also make sure you enjoy the wonderful service from Rika when you require a nice Chia Latte from the bar. She hit the spot for all our hot drinks. A true Barista! We will miss you magical lattes Rita. Thank you

    Nice stay before the early flight next day

    Very friendly staffs at reception. We ordered chai latte and ice chocolate but they didn’t melt powders so a bit weak taste. Rooms are very clean with free water bottles, which helped me lots for thirsty kids. Nice decoration and clean. 2 minutes walk to the airport.
