Location

This hotel is located on a small peninsula between Lady Bay and Stingray Bay, 2 km from the town centre. There is a fantastic kids' recreation park only a few minutes' drive away. It is a 2-hour drive to Avalon Airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 80 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge).     Our room was very clean and comfortable. The spa bath was very relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge, convection micro wave oven, hot plates and dishwasher.The adjoining hot springs look fantastic but unfortunately at 36 to 40 degrees I couldn't use them.     We had a lovely Queen Ocean view room (although the ocean view as a bit limited), but the room was spacious and very modern. It's certainly not central but is definitely within walking distance to the beachfront.     We found the hotel was in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach .The staff at the hotel where exceptionally friendly, very helpful and always smiling, nothing was to much trouble,a great atmosphere to be in.Cant forget the hot springs either,brilliant. The rooms were very spacious,good value for money. The menu in the restaurant was spectacular and we had a few meals there and we couldn't fault any of it.Well done to the chef as its not a thing I often say but credit where credit is due.     Great location, awful hotel

    Terrible hotel. We paid a lot of money ($600+) for an extremely sub-standard tiny room. An “ocean view” if you stood on the balcony. The bathroom was so badly designed that the whole room flooded when you used it. Staff were condescending and rude, except for reception staff who were great.Terrible hotel overcharging because of a wonderful location. Stay at the Quest.     Go to the evening session if you don’t want to sit with kids

    Only discovered that these hot springs even existed a few weeks ago! I was researching Warrnambool for a one night stopover and was excited to book. Even better when I saw that evening sessions are kid free. I’ve worked in school, and have kids, but omg they would be bored here. And naughty I’m guessing. Most people left their phones in lockers which was excellent. One tourist couple sat in the cave with phones out loud playing videos, so I had to Karen them. There was a couple others whom felt that the entire world had to be third party to their conversation, but otherwise excellent. So many pools and areas to rotate around to with varying temperatures etc. no need for a robe or shoes in between. Lovely calm ambiance. I’d recommend hiring a locker for $8.00. Arrive 15 mins beforehand to get sorted. We were over it before the two hour session was up. If you go during the day, especially school holidays, they allow kids over 5, so I can’t imagine how you’d ever relax. There’s showers to rinse and change but it’s all unisex except for toilet and change cubicles.
