    The $250 deposit charged at check-in felt excessive and, frankly, quite off-putting. It created an unnecessary sense of discomfort, as if guests are being presumed responsible for potential damages before their stay even begins. Additionally, the 10-day turnaround for the refund is simply unacceptable and far from industry standards. Most hotels handle incidentals through a temporary credit card authorisation, which is a far more reasonable and guest-friendly approach. This policy alone would make me seriously reconsider staying here again, especially when many other hotels do not require upfront charges like this.     Was good but beds needs to have brakes to ease movement on the bed without it sliding at an angle .
