    Terrible experience, bad customer service

    rating04 Apr 2025

Worst motel no communication on how to find the room 24 other than to provide a lock box with the key and the numbering on the doors was unclear. Spent hours trying via phone asking for clarification for late arrival even asked a friend to go in person - receptionist was clueless, could not find the reservation even though we had confirmation number. Called from airport to ask for further clarification, told it was all on the message, which it wasn't only a code for a lock box, nothing else except an after hours number which nobody responded to. Not recommended

    super easy check in process

    rating29 Mar 2025

I had an excellent sleep, always important to someone travelling. I liked the electronic check in process. Fast and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The Bakery Hill area is a great place to land as there is much going on around the area.

This place use to fantastic but now it’s very sub par.Rooms are old and not very well maintained. The furniture is cheap and nasty.Such a shame as this place use to be such a great place to stay. One good thing is location as it’s a short walk to the mall.

    Mentally unstable person at hotel

    rating28 Jan 2025

Cold greeting at check in, got to the room, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable, I would have liked to have known that they were housing a mentally unstable person there, the woman in the room next door was shouting at random points during the day and in the evening, then just as we were getting to sleep BAM! The person next door to us started having a shouting match with a support line on the phone, she obviously want happy with the responses she was getting and was throwing her phone and other things across the room, I could clearly hear that she was saying she had been in the mental ward in jail and had burned someone and was just generally carrying on, another neighbour must've yelled out something and that really set her off, taking her shouting match from inside the room to now outside and alternating, it was an uncomfortable experience and was concerned for our safety and the safety of a few of the other older people I saw were there too, I just wished they had told us about this person staying there, we could have made a decision as to whether to stay there or not, when checking out, no one was at reception at 9 am! 9 am isn't even that early, terrible customer service and terrible experience from a safety standpoint, make sure to check with the hotel if that person is still there before booking or checking in

Terrible overpriced hotel. Unsafe and dirty.

    rating06 Dec 2024

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in Australia. Exposed electrical sockets with live wires hanging out of the wall. An unlocked door that let us into the room next door, or them into our room. Seriously considered sleeping in the car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
