    Great stay

    We stayed in a 3 br house facing the water for 4 nights, loved the style of their accommodation. The weather was kind so the huge sun filled deck was well used. Our little dog had a good time too. All staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

    Booked 3 nights - wasn’t what we had booked online according to photo displayed - disappointing - couldn’t be changed or upgraded told fully booked - very cramped unit but nicely decked out and comfortable to a “point” - cple maintenance issues (taps & plug home) but we survived ! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the area and found parts of the unit comfortable, but I’m truly sorry that the cabin you received didn’t match the photos you were expecting. I understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you’re looking forward to a relaxing break.Unfortunately, during your stay we were fully booked, which meant we couldn’t offer an upgrade or alternative accommodation — but that doesn’t lessen your experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.We’ve recently begun our resort‑wide renovation program, with over 20 cabins already completed and many more scheduled for upgrades. Your cabin is included in the upcoming renovation phase. In the meantime, I’ve arranged for our maintenance team to attend to the tap and plug issues immediately so they don’t impact future guests.We truly appreciate your honesty, and we’d love the chance to welcome you back when our upgraded cabins are complete — ensuring you receive exactly what you book.Thank you again for your feedback.

    Great place to stay, lots to do and bring the dog!

    We had a lovely stay and found the accommodation to be spacious and comfortable and loved that we could bring the dog. The beds were very comfy (with a top sheet provided, which we appreciated), and the air conditioning worked well, keeping the space cool and comfortable. It felt nice and private, which made it easy to relax.There are beautiful walks nearby, and plenty of activities and things for families to do, which made it a great spot for a getaway. Everything needed for cooking was provided, and the BBQ tables were well set up with all the essentials, which was very convenient.The only small downside was that the WiFi wasn’t great for streaming on the TV, as it kept buffering at times. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay, especially for families looking for an active and relaxing getaway.Would love to come back and spend longer next time.     A resort for the whole family

    The marina resort is ideally located to everything you will need. Across the road is the Catalina country club which has meals for the family, a play area for children, and entertainment for adults. Further down the road there is the soldiers club with excellent seafood platters for one or two, great food selection, a play area fully supervised, and there is also JJ‘s bar near the marina which has great drinks during happy hour, and excellent food choices that you can make. The view is spectacular from all three venues. The resort is also located close to shops such as Coles or Woolworths and Kmart if you need other supplies. The resort itself has lots of things for kids to do, ideally for children over the age of five. Younger kids? You will struggle with entertaining them. The atmosphere at the resort is wonderful. It is close to the break wall, you can go fishing there, it has a boat ramp for easy access into the sea, and the villas are adequately spaced apart so you aren’t in each other‘s faces.They resort has go-karts however no track so you are free to pedal all around the resort. They have bikes that you can hire, the reception area is adequately stocked with bear essentials that you may such as some grocery items and bait for fishing. There is a huge jumping pillow, ideal for the bigger kids and a small playground for the little ones. There is a pool and a small waiting pool for the little kids. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side and we did not use the pool area. There is an area for games, snooker/pool. At the entrance to the resort there is a coffee van with the best doughnuts and some snack foods that you can enjoy.Whilst the resort made need a little upgrading, it is ideal for the family. There’s also plenty of parking for your four-wheel-drive and boat.We stayed in Villa 166, with each bedroom having its own ensuite. It had a washing machine and a dryer and kitchen with plates utensils however I would recommend you bring paper plates if you don’t want to be washing dishes continuously. Bring some paper cuffs as well and a bowl if you’re going to make a salad.There is a BBQ on the deck where we enjoyed bacon and eggs for breakfast or you can enjoy a BBQ lunch/dinner.
