  Recently stayed for 5 nights with family. Unit was as described - good size 2 bedroom unit with everything you would need for an affordable stay. Unit was pretty basic but clean and in a great location only a few hundred metres from the main street of Merimbula. BBQ area was a bonus with good quality gas bbq availbale for use free of charge. We stayed in unit 3 which had A/C, I believe some others did not. The only thing that was lacking was the absence of a pool. Ocean temps at Merimbula were freezing so to have a pool to use would have been very handy.

  Enjoyed our stay,very close to town centre ,Found the rooms fairly dusty.The units have all the mods and cons one needs when staying away from home.Wifi and internet is available at extra cost, [no mention of this on their webside]
