  We had a supremely comfortable stay in this apartment, apart from the lack of lighting going down the stairs in the dark. Had a great night’s sleep both nights, thank you. Clean and comfortable, would stay again.

  The 2 bedroom luxury spa apartment is certainly not luxury. We were arriving late and in cold conditions so we attempted to phone the property to advise and ask them to pop our heater on and leave the key out. However, the phone number located on all of their paperwork says 'this number is disconnected'. When we arrived we rummaged around in the dark and finally found a chalkboard with out name on it. Then when we walked into the unit, windows were open and the reverse cycle unit was broken. A cold night with the kids. In the morning we found a mobile number located on the chalkboard so we rang and Steve was kind enough to bring us an oil heater - Still in the box for us to unwrap and assemble. Not really how we wanted to start our holiday. The units also do not come with any bathroom products eg. shampoo which i had expected being that it is suppose to be luxury. Would not recommend.

  We stayed for 3 nights in beautiful Merimbula.The accommodation was perfect had everything you needed.The location is perfect in this town close to beach town and paths are ideal for nightly walks to get ice cream Steve who managers apartments was super helpful on our arrival and departure We will definitely be staying here again

  Unit 2 - Two bedroom self contained apartment. One room comfortable queen bed, second twin beds. Large bathroom with spa bath and washing machine in cupboard, no hair dryer. Large lounge and kitchen, full size fridge, microwave and oven. Small TV, no internet. Perfect position to walk along the beach with large foreshore playground and sporting area. Five minute drive to golf course and town centre or easy walk to shops. Very pleasant owner/managers.

  These units were priced well below $100 per night for an odd peak bargain. Unit 1 was well appointed, comfortable and had plenty of space. The heated bathroom floor is a nice touch. Well positioned just down the road from the beachside park it is good value for family accommodation.
