    Going beyond the call of duty to help a hotel guest of Hospitality Esperance at Esperance

    We had forgotten to empty one of the drawers in our room when we checked out in a hurry because of the cyclone warning that day between Esperance and Perth that had caused heavy rain and winds. I emailed the Hotel later to check whether we had forgotten our clothes in the drawers. Lacie from the Hospitality Esperance every time responded promptly during our exchange of emails. She gave me an estimate of shipping it to an address in Sydney and after receiving the shipping expenses herself personally went to Australia Post to mail the two packages. She definitely went beyond her call of duty for which I am grateful and appreciative of her help

    WORST MOTEL IN 2 MONTH TRIP. Simon manager was scruffy, condescending and unprofessional. Property very old and attempts at Reno's tacky and poor. Rooms very noisy with trashy drug and alcohol fuelled neighbours. Horrible bathroom and uncomfortable beds, yellow stained pillows

    We had a two night stay here having crossed the Nullarbor from Victoria. The outstanding thing about this place was the staff… All so helpful, polite and seem to be happy in the job. The rooms are more than adequate and clean. Great location overlooking the bay..

    Spent 5 nights here and it was a great base to explore all the exquisite beaches around . Hotel is basic but fine . We had a very nice view from our room and would have loved a balcony - although it’s always so windy I don’t know we could have used it !! Continental breakfast is included and was perfect for what we wanted every morning, and it was great that it finished at 9 am so we always set off early to the national park to maximise our days . Staff helpful and free laundry was a good bonus .
