Unhelpful, rude staff

I had a pleasant stay at this motel so chose to call to book rooms for myself and a married couple. The very rude man who answered the phone didn’t appear to understand my needs. He repeatedly suggested rooms with several beds. I just wanted two separate rooms, for obvious reasons. His manner was abrupt and condescending. Fortunately we found a beautiful, immaculate two bedroom air bnb right next to the National Park.

Fantastic Stay - in prime location!

Amazing stay at Noosa heads motel - highly recommend and not just for a short stay! Arrived at 9am and greeted by friendly staff member she said my room was ready for me which was a lifesaver as I had been awake since 3 am so needed a nap! Room is huge and very clean with modern facilities, plenty of space with air con, fridge and microwave. - wardrobe an iron/ ironing board. Shower is powerful and hot and shampoo and conditioner provided! Queen bed is very comfy and big enough for two people, smart Tv with Netflix and YouTube can connect your account to! Huge balcony with deck chair with nice view of the hinterlands and even catches the evening sun so nice to sit with a drink and read my book! Gorgeous pool area to relax tucked away from the main road with BBQ and outdoor seating area. Lift to get bags up the stairs. Free parking and Location wise it is in a prime spot - 1 min walk to Noosa junction with plenty of eating spots, great coffee shop on the corner and IGA. Then only 8 mins to Hastings street and bus right next to the motel if you don’t want to walk to Sunshine Beach or Noosa river. The only thing I would say is there is no daily housekeeping, if you want this you have to pay a fee. Overall great stay at Noosa motel 🌟 Thanks so much! 🙏

Worst experience – completely unempathetic

Our flights to Australia were cancelled due to the conflict involving Iran and the airspace closures, making it impossible for us to travel. While every other company we dealt with during this crisis was understanding and accommodating, Noosa Heads Motel refused to show any empathy or flexibility.The staff were completely unhelpful, rigid, and unwilling to consider the extraordinary circumstances. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we have ever had with a hotel. I strongly advise future guests to consider how little understanding this property shows in situations beyond anyone’s control.

A wonderful experience at Nopsa Heads Motel, lovely rooms, beautiful surroundings and exceptional staff, particulary front of house who go above and beyond to help you. Only 10 min walk to Hastings street and bus only a 10 min walk away. Ai highly recommend, you will not be disappointed !
