  Central location suits all types of visitors

  Large group for sporting event. Worked with resort for booking apartments. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and kitchen well equipped. Fab parking included space for our van. Location was very central and easy to walk and meet people. Some noise from people late Fri and Sat night on Hastings St however easy location outweighed this. Excellent wifi.

  it was great. We shared a unit with relatives. Unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Pool, outdoor area, barbeque was good. Ocean Breeze was easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping area. We did lots of walking around - only used car to go further afield. There is an underground parking garage - but there are many steps to climb up to get to units - so choose wisely if mobility is an issue

  Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Noosa

  What a gem of a place to stay in Noosa. Fantastic position. Close to the beach, great food options. We stayed in a 2bd loft apartment - 2 bathrooms. Was excellent. We used the pool & gym. Staff were so very friendly. Gareth was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again for sure.

  Super easy family holiday spot

  One of the best locations in Noosa, right on Hastings St, opposite the main beach entrance. Didn't have to worry about getting dressed and dry, we could just walk back to the room.Staff are super friendly and accommodating and made our late checkin easy when we were stressed running late from our flight.Some of the rooms are a little dated - check what category you're booking.Car parking is easy, though you'll likely not need your car during the stay as the location is in the middle of everything. There's restaurants and convenience stores in the resort, so you'll be set for most things.BBQ's are great for families with kids that just need an easy way to cook a no mess meal at the end of a long beach/pool day.Pool area is great with a large kids pool for toddlers, as well as a kids room.   Draining and disappointing

  I’m really disappointed with how I was treated during my recent stay. I had to switch rooms because of noise issues (which the hotel already knew about), and I was traveling alone with my child.Instead of getting any help or understanding, the concierge staff member was incredibly rude. She actually suggested I should have left my sleeping child alone in the new room while I went back to pack up our things - which is obviously something I would never do. Then she told me that even though they let me move rooms “in good faith,” I should really be charged for an extra night because I was taking too long to get everything moved. She also accused me of “taking advantage” of the situation, even though I was moving as fast as I could manage on my own.When I tried to explain that I didn’t want to move rooms in the first place - that it was only because the noise was keeping us awake - her response was just “you’re not at home.” Really unhelpful and dismissive.What makes this even more frustrating is that the manager later admitted via email they get noise complaints about the road-facing rooms all the time, but they don’t tell guests about this when booking. The manager promised to follow up with me days ago, and I’m still waiting to hear anything back.As a solo parent dealing with an already stressful situation, the complete lack of empathy and shift of blame was really disappointing. Basic customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ What was meant to be a break and reset left me feeling isolated and worse than when I arrived.
