  Due to glass injury didn’t enjoy my stay

  We had family visiting from the Netherlands, so our whole family decided to take a trip to Noosa. The facilities at the hotel are wonderful, especially for young children, and the rooms are spacious. However, they are quite dark. As someone who loves natural light, I personally found the room felt a bit like a dungeon.Unfortunately, on the third day of our stay I stepped on a piece of glass by the pool. A staff attendant looked at the wound, cleaned it with antiseptic and used tweezers to check for any remaining glass, but none was found. No incident report was written at the time. This injury significantly affected the rest of my stay, as I was unable to walk properly for the remainder of the trip.After returning home, the wound did not heal. Following multiple doctor visits and a course of antibiotics, my doctor scheduled a scan. A few days before the scan, a large piece of glass finally came out of the wound. I am now on another course of antibiotics to treat the infection and am hoping the issue will finally resolve. Currently seeking a legal advice what to do next.   Amazing!

  An amazing stay! We stayed for 5 nights at the RACV Noosa resort and loved every second. We stayed over the new year period and as expected it was quite busy. We had the buffet breakfast each morning which was fab. The only downfall was there wasn’t many “hot” options for vegetarians. However, the poached eggs were amazing! The pool attendants were also fab, they ensure the rules are being followed, are happy to answer any questions and are very helpful in general. They also provide floatie vests for children which was so handy. The pools are amazing, slides for kids, a baby pool and also a splash park. Our daughter is 3 and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a sanctuary apartment which was down the end of the resort, it was nice and quiet with lots of parking. There are no allocated car parks, you just park wherever is available. Rooms were clean and housekeeping were fab. The apartments have a washer/dryer in the room which was so handy for us. Lots of room to move around and comfy beds too. There is a shuttle bus which runs ever half an hour between 8am and 6pm. We found this really handy as it was super busy down at Hastings street. There weren’t many taxis available at the taxi rank, so we had to hop on the 6pm bus to ensure we got back to the resort.Overall a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return for new years this year!   Not as good as last time!!

  Spent a week here for our second holiday at the resort. Overall everything was excellent as expected. We were disappointed that our bill wasn’t reduced to compensate a night with no electricity due to a storm (we didn’t get what we paid for: a room with electricity!!) and an afternoon not using our plunge pool as tradesmen changed a gas hot water system over to an electric unit. Both frustrating events. Live music of an evening was excellent, the breakfast buffet staff are outstanding and overall we had another great holiday.   A perfect family stay

  We stayed at RACV Noosa Resort for a couple of nights and were absolutely blown away. The cleanliness, attention to detail and overall presentation were outstanding. Our room was beautiful, spacious and so well thought out, with everything we needed for a genuinely relaxing stay. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made a real difference after full days out and about.The pool area was a highlight for our family. It’s perfectly set up for all ages and kept both our teenagers and younger children happily entertained. I also loved the live music at the bar, which created a great atmosphere in the evenings. The meals were excellent too. The food was beautifully prepared, and as a family with a gluten-free child, we were especially impressed by the gluten-free pizzas.The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member we met was friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful. It really elevated the whole experience.The games room was another unexpected gem. All the arcade games were free, which you hardly ever see anywhere, and it kept the kids happily occupied.We honestly loved everything about this stay. I would absolutely come back and only wish we had booked a full week. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy every moment. Highly recommended.
