    The owner is incredibly rude and is refusing to provide us with a confirmation number or receipt for the charge he has made on our account. When we call to ask he abuses us and then hangs up before we can explain the situation. You double book and somehow expect us to accept fault for your mistake. On the day you were due to arrive we discover you are not coming and booked elsewhere leaving us with an empty unit for 5 days. You did not even notify us. I found out by calling you. Appalling conduct and your attitude reflects a total disregard for others. At no times have I been abusive. I have merely explained the conditions of the booking and that the cancellation policy was enforced. The fact you do not like the outcome is an issue for you. I guess if you conduct yourself in a proper manner you would not have created this situation. I have at all times acted in a correct & legal manner. It is guests like you that tarnish this industry.

    Travelled from Scotland for a visit to Ozz and stayed for a week in January. The location was great as it is next to the beach and shops. The apartment itself was clean, very spacious and had everything you would expect in a holiday apartment. There was also underground parking which was very handy. The manager of the apartments was a nice cheery chap who was available 24/7 for any problems. I would highly recommend these apartments.     A great no frills place to stay on the southern Sunshine Coast. Cost effective, has everything you need, everything works but don't expect luxury at the price you pay. Close to the beach and restaurants, close to the shops, comfortable beds - what more could you ask for?     Rhys the manager is very welcoming nothing was a bother.The two bedroom apartment is very clean and modern.Close to everything.Bus also right next to us to go anywhere and leave the car behind.Two minute walk to the Main Street we even have water views.     4 Night Stay This was the perfect home base Apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.Located in great spot, was easy access to the areas surrounding.It is within walking distance of great places to grab a bite or just enjoy a walk along the shore.Located on the top floor (note there is no lift if you have mobility concerns) the view of the water was a great way to start the morning on the balcony with a cuppa.
