    Stayed one night. Why is the reception area and rooms so dark? Struggled to see the slot in the self check in screen to insert key. Very limited Vegaterian options in the restaurant. Rooms dusty and could do with a deep clean, especially the shower area. Staff that I interacted with were pleasant.     Decent room with everything you need and free parking parkimb

    Friendly and very helpful staff (special mention to Tino who was exceptional and brunnette lady from reception who were both so accommodating with our extension over Easter and late check out as well as Maryanne and Ivette in housekeeping who went over and beyond with our requests. Bar and dining was mostly closed when I would trek down so we mostly ordered ubereats or went to local restaurants. While location is away from main shopping area it's perfect for a family or quiet getaway. Clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed with all necessary amenities like microwave and small sink. Pool, gym and gaming areas were adequate. Availability of products although slightly dear to purchase in reception is awesome saving a dash to shops. Dining Food wasn't great and there was a large group with a function but only 1 staff member cooking with another clearing and replenishing so many of us were waiting on food at breakfast buffet that timeframe ended so I wouldn't recommend their $30 breakfast. If you need to use sofabed request the room with newer sofa and thicker mattress as the old sofas while comfortable to sit are terrible as the mattress is super thin more like a topper. Free parking and quick auto check-in is always a bonus. The staff is their biggest asset and made us overlook the flaws. We will be back.     A Truly Unique Stay in Sydney

    I simply love this hotel !! its such a random find being right next to the Drive In Cinema and themed around an Entertainment Venue, makes it a truly unique stay.Everything just flows together from the Water Park next door to the Pub on the corner and the drive in Sunday Markets, it all blends seamlessly.It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, yet you’re only moments from the freeway that can take you everywhere.. this place is definitely one of Sydney’s hidden gems 👌🏼 And, of course the staff are awesome, they always go above and beyond which is the usual standard of hospitality you’ll find throughout any of the EVT Hotel experiences.     Wow, what a disappointment. I have stayed at Atura a lot over past 10 years and every time I think the service and food can’t get any worse, but somehow they manage it. This hotel is a very poor reflection on the Rydges group.     Terrible bedding, the worst I’ve ever seen. I would not recommend staying here. Do not stay. Bedding dirty linen, uncomfortable.
