English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the accommodation provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a 24-hour security service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The accommodation offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The accommodation has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Wheelchair accessible Accom at Bondi Beach

    2br flat level 1 by lift. Accessible BR king bed but at least 90 cm off the floor so a bit of a lift needed to get my son in. Accessible bathroom not 4x4m but well thought out and able to get into the hand held shower with a commode no steps or bumps. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Lots of storage. Washing machine available. Dishwasher.     Bondi 38 is such a lucky find! Lovely little apartments with wonderful soft beds and sofa beds, everything well designed and high quality. The kitchen is so well stocked that we ate from the excellent grocery stores, though there are plenty of great restaurants down below. The staff were all sweethearts, though Vickie the manager deserves a medal. We were astonished at the trouble she took hunting down our lost money and passports and guiding us through the police system. We give her credit that when everything was discovered in a different city, it was all swiftly returned to us. She's a national treasure and she runs a grand little hotel!     Great location, clean and wonderful view of Bondi Beach. We were in apartment 9. The management was very friendly and helpful with clear instructions. Parking was available offsite for an additional fee but should be booked in advance. Although check in was 2pm our room was still being cleaned until about 2.30. Didn’t pose any issues for us and housekeeper was friendly. Apartment was well stocked with the essentials. Highly recommend this apartment - thanks for a great stay!     Excellent location, rooms were very clean and check in process was quick and easy.     Such a beautiful location, view and experience. Comfy beds, all amenities you could wish for, so clean. All around was a fabulous trip, if you are looking to stay in Bondi, don’t go past Bondi38.Waking up to Bondi beach from your bedroom is a very special experience.
