Hostel needs a upgrade if they want to make it a motel

It is necessary for the staff to receive training on proper cleaning techniques. Despite requesting for the room to be cleaned, there was still dirt on the pillow case and sheets. Additionally, there are maintenance issues such as a loose door handle and a lack of cleaning supplies such as plates, knives, cups, and forks. It is challenging to effectively clean with only a small cloth. It would be inconvenient for guests to have to purchase their own cleaning products due to the hotel's limited supply.

Terrible no hot water for shower even at 5 am. Moved from room 26 with not working air conditioner in Sydney heat wave also this room has a very dirty shower. Room 33 working air conditioner and clean cold shower at 5am, 7am, 9pm and spot checks during day water tepid at best cold makes skin "goose bumps" shivering. Requested another room and only other room on floor with better water has a faulty air conditioner and I did not test other rooms water so no guarantee it would be hot enough to shower either. I have another 9 nights of my stay and have asked for my money back and will check out in the morning. Terrible do not book this Hotel.

the rooms aren't worth the price you pay for plus don't except to have a good shower for the hot water doesnt last long enough and if your due to check out and was out the night before and get back after 10am to get your stuff and return the key they have no respect of privacy of your stuff also if you have a medical problem that you need to have they will assume your a drug addict even if you are they can't assume it plus if you leave anything behind when you check out dont expect to get it back

Have stayed here a number of times. Excellent location. Good places to eat nearby. Rooms are clean and staff are good. Had a room with ensuite which was lovely. The common bathrooms have always been clean other times we stayed. Great price and nice and quiet
