    Very pleasant stay at this hotel on a stop over between the UK and Fiji. It is a very short transfer from the airport and is overall highly recommended. There was some internal building work happening when we stayed, but the front desk staff were accommodating in reallocting rooms on request. I will go on record to declare that this is THE greatest hotel breakfast that you will ever have! There was such a wide choice of high quality items and several juices/drinks, aswell as a lovely dining area and friendly staff. Prepare for at least 2 visits to the buffet!

    Great Transit Stay with Excellent Service from the Training Staff

    I stayed here for a short transit before flying back home. As a member, I was kindly offered complimentary early check-in at 12pm by the receptionist who was on training. He was very welcoming and thoughtful, and also provided a free upgrade to a higher floor, which made my stay even more comfortable.The room and facilities were decent and perfect for a short transit stay. Everything was clean and convenient. The shuttle bus service was excellent as well, very helpful and easy to use.Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a comfortable transit stop.     Very comfortable after a long flight. Really helpful reception and restaurant staff made us feel very much at home. Slightly gloomy room but comfortable bed and good shower facilities. Excellent breakfast buffet. The shuttle from the airport is difficult to find and it seems odd to pay an extra $12 for it (normally such shuttles to an airport hotel are free). Perhaps better to get the train to Mascot station? Mascot station is also only 5 mins away as mentioned, however the pricing and timing of that service to the airport is not as competitive as our shuttle service we provide.
