    Cannot fault the motel. Highly recommended for overnight before or after air travel.Help staff. Clean, comfortable, queit rooms.

    I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, on my last stay I had an unfortunate incident. On the second evening of a 2 night stay I returned to the room and found all my belongings had completely disappeared, save for the contents of the locked in room safe. It transpired that my bag was inadvertently packed up by housekeeping, no explanation was given and at no stage did anyone contact me. When my bag was found all of my toiletries ( which were in the bathroom) were missing. I sent several emails requesting compensation for the items ( these things add up !). The replies from front desk I have received are apologetic ( this is appreciated) however there is complete silence on the items that were missing, this is "pending investigation" I am told, however after 5 days it seems like kicking the can down the road. Every business can make mistakes, however true culture is defined by how the process is managed to address the mistake. I may have missed something but I also note there has not been a single response to guest reviews on this site since Dec 2025.     Stayed here for one night before moving on.Shutl bus was good to hotel,easy check in ,nice room. Bar was fine and good choice of food and drinks.     This was a good pick after an evening arrival. Check in was a bit impersonal and we missed breakfast due to the later start time on weekends.
