    We recently stayed there while we were in quarantine with covid . Matthew was such an amazing help . Apartment was roomy and had all the amenities we needed with a laundry and kitchen . Definitely would stay again just for a holiday .Thanks for your help !

    Take cleaning items with you! Whilst location is fine, we found the unsanitary conditions in the shower, on the lounge furniture and in the car park utterly disgusting. We definitely have higher standards. This hotel is not befitting of its Castle Hill location.

    Booked a two bedroom apartment for family visit. Very roomy and clean. good facilities. excellent wifi. Carpark was free although no alloated spaces and lots of birds. Would definitely come again to this hotel.

    Nice location though businesses do get noisy through the day. Apartment was a good size. Dishwasher was missing but staff were helpful moving to another apartment with a dishwasher, however it didn’t work. Would stay here again.

    Quest Castle Hill was comfortable, quiet and located within easy driving distance to local shops. the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. the kitchenette made it easy to prepare a light meal and breakfast. I will stay again
