    Great location but needs an update.

    This was our 4th stay this year. We continue to book in as the location is perfect and our car is in a garage. We have not stayed in the same room twice and this time the room was right next to the lift shafts even though I had requested a quiet room.. We could hear the lift coming and going. We are still concerned with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The grout needs some bleach and the walls need scrubbing. There is builtup stuff around shower doors. The carpet needs replacing. The microwave when turned on smelt bad. That needs a clean. Fridge was very clean. The worst part is the bathroom exhaust fan which runs 24/7 and is so noisey. Every room we have been in. I wish this could be turned off. There is enough noise in hotels to keep people awake without this constant noise from the motor running. I realise the windows are sealed shut so air is sucked under the room door. Perhaps if windows could be opened then it would only need the exhaust fan running when the bathroom was occupied. The hotel wold save on power. Please update the TV's. There is no mirror in the room. I have no problem with the amenities or atmosphere, just a good scrub and an update from the fitout in the 1980's.

    If you want a brilliant spot for family to come and visit, be comfortable 😁 and have easy access ♿ to anywhere... This is your place❣️Booked for my parents visiting from USA for 2 weeks, and found my dad rebooked extra days at the end of his visit because it was so quality.Thought it was cute because they thought they were walking into the Hilton 😅... And at the end of the trip Thier number one praise was he will be booking here when he comes back for a visit. Between pool and having a gym, the service was kind, quick and efficient.Value to dollar 💵 worth every bit, and even better... Cost was brilliant for a budget holiday 💝

    Simple clean suburban hotel/apartment.

    These apartments are more than adequate for a short stay. Very quiet, even though they are on a busy highway. The rooms are pleasant, very clean. Getting a bit old but no issues. Note there's no restaurant so breakfast is not possible. (but you can get a fabulous breakfast down the road in Cafe Hylton) The apartments are close to the railways station so you can get to the CBD or Airport easily. Heaps of restaurants and shops opposite the railway station as well.

    Very convenient location near the Pennant Hills shops, restaurants, and train station. I used the laundry, and found the compact kitchen very handy. Nice quiet apartment style hotel.
