I recently contacted Nesuto Woolloomooloo Sydney Apartments on a weekday afternoon around 4:45pm to enquire about extending an existing booking in the coming days and adding an additional room. Unfortunately, the experience was surprisingly poor.The receptionist was curt and dismissive throughout the call, stating she was “leaving in 10 minutes” and telling me to “use the website” because it was “cheaper” and they would “charge a fee for the enquiry.” There was no attempt to assist, discuss options, or provide even basic customer service.I took the advice and used the website. specifically the “Cancel Booking” button, and booked elsewhere instead.Accommodation can be replaced easily in Sydney. Professional customer service is harder to find, and this interaction fell well below expectations.

Before even arriving reception is messaging to check in with you(courtesy message). Which i appreciate walking up to the reception the lady is welcoming and so helpful.not juat about our stay but about locations around Sydney.Our room was a great size and had evevrything we could have asked for good size space for myself, my mum and my two teenagers.Location spot on as we were there to see the phantom of the opera.Clean and tidy, the beds were so comfy. Value for money we all thought, would happily go back and would recommend to anyone to stay there.

In a great spot for exploring Woolloomooloo, room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay there. I think the mattress needs to be updated though.

Wonderful experience, except for the shower

Love the location, love the rooms, staff are super friendly. This is my second visit there and I will continue to visit however, the low flow shower was terrible. Like standing under a low pressure garden hose.

Very good experience. Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but otherwise everything was great.
