Disappointing Service

Pretty disappointed in our stay. Checked in took far too long as we had to wait for a cot to be set up in our room. We waited in the foyer for 20 minutes before being told the room was ready. We went up only to find there was no cot even in there. Next we found the roller blind cords in our room were not installed correctly. We had two young children with us (one crawls) and we were not prepared to risk our chances with the kids and the cords. After a call to reception, they agreed to move us. We waited another 15 minutes for a key to be brought to us. The 2nd room was smaller but a better view. The pool area was dirty with rubbish in the cabanas and not well taken care of. Great location with a good array of restaurants near by.

Ideal location for public transport, getting too and from central and circular quay couldn't be easier. Also easy to get to and from the airport. Clean well appointed apartment with everything provided for a great stay

Experience was perfect no issues at all 5 star experience, daily cleaning, staff were extremely nice, location is perfect ur near every shop and train, easily accessible any where can walk to shops, room itself was extremely nice and clean and spacious, bed was super comfy and clean as well, overall a great experience would definitely come back.
