    Noisy as close to highway and rooms not sound proof

    Booked for 1 night - stayed on fifth floor , the room is comfortable but the hotel is right next to the highway - writing this review at night 12:00 am , still too much road noice and unable to settle in.Spiking my plan and day for tomorrow .The concierge was unhelpful , they have another room but want me to upgrade and pay the price.Not what I expected for a hotel of this nature.Will never stay here again

    My go to accommodation for Sydney - have stayed numerous times and will stay again - highly recommend.Apartments are well sized with good amenities.Great having a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants pub right down stairs and not noisy at all.Great having public transport right outside the front door. A great place for those wanting to say in a central location with quick and easy access to the city, airport and everything in Sydney.

    Stayed overnight on the long weekend as we were attending a movie marathon at the Hayden Orpheum, and being just across the road, it was a fabulous location for that. Room was comfortable and well laid out although there was an odd, muggy sort of smell in the common areas. There had to be someone at the reception desk to buzz us into the car park, which means that wouldn't have been possible overnight when the reception desk isn't attended; didn't affect us as we parked early and then walked later that evening. Great location if you're doing anything in that part of town.

    I needed accomodation for a trip where I was doing a course and my husband who travelled with me needed a desk . I booked the Park Regis at Cremorne with the Harbor view. When we arrived there wasn’t a desk . The staff went out of their way and within an hour my husband had a desk and his 2 screens set up to take his teams meetings. The apartment has everything you need and so close to shops and restaurants. The harbour view is lovely and changes with the weather . There are so many wild birds that sit on the Juliette style narrow balcony . It’s hard to believe you are in the middle of Sydney. The apartment is older but very clean. The beds are on the firm side . There was only aircon in the main living area. But with the sea breezes the apartment was a very comfortable temperature. Thanks to management for their service .

    Construction work occuring within the building, woke me and my partner up before 8am everyday- no notification of this, we wouldn't have booked if we knew, toilet was constantly flushing by itself, safe wasn't operational, found and killed 2 cockroaches in our room and false fire alarm wasted an hour of our morning and made us late for a booking. Photos of the accommodation are deceptive, in person it is very dated. Mattress is a terrible old spring mattress that should have been replaced a decade ago.
