    Great reception…murderous room

    rating21 Apr 2026

The welcome to the hotel was amazing. Great customer service, lovely reception area. All was going well up until I entered the murder room.Walked straight into the bed on the side to look at some very bizarre artwork. Not sure much thought went into to this musty room. White curtain which have terracotta marks on them… it all gets a bit creepy when faced with a picture of a man with a gun as a picture. Whilst this might be themed with the Olympic park it’s very underwhelming with much discussion about the recent Bondi incident. Bathroom very musty coupled with $10 Bunnings plastic taps and a wonderful water stain on the carpet to further blend with the murder scene of the room. Suggest an urgent revamp! Like staying at your weird aunty’s house

    rating25 Feb 2026

We stayed for one night for a sports event. We parked our car for $55 which we thought was reasonable as the Olympic park carparks charge $35 .It was good not having to walk to other carparks to unload and load etc.We stayed for an event in the aquatic centre which is across the road.We chose to eat in the precinct however the hotel does have its own restaurant and bar etc.We were in a suite which had a great view of the Accor Stadium. So unless your staying for an event ie sports or concert the outside noise could be distracting the blockout blinds did help with the external lighting. So in summary we had an ok stay in the suite as a family room was big enough for us and the kitchenette and bathroom amenity was great for a hotel. If your not a fan of outside noise be mindful as it seemed noisy to us and no major event was on.Overall it was an ok hotel but it did have some quirks for a building of its vintage. Reminded me of staying at a weird aunty’s place it was nice but nothing seemed different since 2000 Olympics. But it didn’t bother us. Accor Sydney Olympic Park , Marketing at Novotel Sydney Olympic Park, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that the suite suited your family’s needs, with a great view of Accor Stadium and convenient amenities like the kitchenette and bathroom supplies. It’s also good to know that our parking and location made your stay more convenient for your sports event. We appreciate your honest comments regarding the noise and the building’s character. Your observations help us better understand what our guests value, and we’ll continue to look for ways to improve comfort and modernise facilities where possible. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide an even more seamless experience.Kind regards,Novotel Sydney Olympic Park

Ok Stay, but avoid the car park as $55 per day

    rating02 Feb 2026

The hotel is easy to find but the underground parking is a bit confusing and at a completely unjustifiable cost of $55 per day, you expect this in the CBD but not in this sort of location.check in went smoothly and as a platinum member I received an upgrade to a suite which was appreciated, I also received a complimentary cheese plate which unfortunately was left by a window in full sunlight and had melted, not a great sight or smell. There main restaurant is under renovation so you had to go over the road to the Pullman for Breakfast and dinner, while the breakfast was excellent the prices in the restaurant were very high, I ended up have a light snack from the bar menu, the bar staff were great, there is the option of eating in the sports bar below the hotel which does have a reasonable menu and ok pricing Accor Sydney Olympic Park , Marketing at Novotel Sydney Olympic Park, responded to this review Dear Paul,Thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay at Novotel Sydney Olympic Park. We’re glad you enjoyed the suite upgrade and found the bar staff welcoming. Overnight stay …. Concert

    rating10 Jan 2026

Stayed overnight to go to concert …. Which is very close (walking distance) to concert. Arrived on a hot 40++ day … easy parking which was fairly spacious compared to some city parking. We were able to check in and access our room early as it was ready at our arrival time. Would re immend Accor S, at Novotel Sydney Olympic Park, responded to this review Dear Frances,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us.We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed our convenient location for concerts, easy parking, and the ability to access your room early on such a hot day. Comfortable and would stay again

    rating29 Dec 2025

My husband and I stayed at Novotel Sydney Olympic Park for 1 night when going to the Lady Gaga concert. The room itself was comfortable but there was some general wear and tear that needed attention. Nothing major. We utalised our welcome drink at the bar and also took advantage of the buffet breakfast. The F&B staff were polite and attentive and the buffet had a good selection of breakfast options. We also used the onsite carpark. Very easy to get a parking space and very reasonable in price. The only downside to our stay was the check-in process. As high level Platinum Members (now Diamond) we took advantage of the Gold/Platinum/Diamond check-in desk located to the side of the lobby. The young lady was lovely however must have been newer as she couldn’t answer simple questions eg confirming our breakfast was inc complimentary due to our loyalty level. Even if she was just covering someone’s break, the managers should be putting someone on this desk who knows the product/hotel inside out and can provide the loyalty guests with perfect service. Overall we would stay at this Novotel again.
