    I can not recommend this motel enough. The beds are sooo comfortable. the help are lovely, the service like wise. If you want a great experience in an inn, this would be it.I've stayed here twice already, and have had no problems, if any little thing goes wrong the manager sees to it that it gets fixed right away, the place is very clean the cleaning staff clean the rooms every day.All in all a great experience, for what the charge.

    Booked a room that showed a modernised room with walk in shower and refreshed bathroom. What we got was a room of a reasonable size but a shower over bath which was probably 40 odd years old, not suitable for me as I have mobility issues. I managed but couldn’t relax. vanity doors looked like they had been water damaged as the wood was swollen, burn marks in the sink, which incidentally wouldn’t drain when filled. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the extractor fan was hanging out of the ceiling. A screw was sticking out of the bathroom door beneath the latch which stopped the door from closing. Old, dated and musty. Towels were worn very thin. Upon opening the fridge it nearly fell out of the cavity it was in inside the cabinetry, one of the feet wasn’t level, the door casing had a crack in it, the freezer had no door and was frosted over, no shelf inside fridge and door and surrounds was rusted. Someone upstairs constantly thumping on the floor, I suspect a child but it was relentless. Room itself was at rear of property, trucks coming and going constantly to deliver which was rather noisy and at one point a truck was parked literally in front of our room which interrupted our sense of privacy as he sat staring through our window. There are only thick drapes which when closed means you have no natural light. Housekeeping knocking at the door before 9 am. You work and Vape apparently. We had travelled from Port Macquarie and were exhausted by the time we’d got to the room and just didn’t have the energy to go to reception and complain. So many of these booking platforms advertise properties that aren’t as they’re presented and in times like this when money is tight and people book in good faith, it equates to dishonest and misleading practice. Will email Ramada and also make a complaint via Wotif. So sick of rip offs and rorts.

    The hotel is fine, average overall. However, I am leaving a poor review due to apparent false advertising - like others on this site I found the room photos online did not match what I was given! I booked a "Superior 2 Bedroom Family Apartment" based on the photos online but when we checked in we were given 2 adjoining King rooms, not at all what was in the photos online. At reception the guy shrugged and said the wrong photos were on Expedia. After I complained all he gave me was a few free drinks. Aside from that the place is fine - Rooms are a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend the Holiday Inn down the road instead.

    We came from QLD for the Taylor Swift concert. They were happy to put two single beds instead of queen size for daughter and I. This hotel was better than I expected. Spacious and clean room. Gym, pool, restaurant and pokies till 4am was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again if visiting.

    Great value for money. We booked a double room for $165. Spacious rooms, clean, easy to check in and out, onsite free parking available, bar and restaurant on site if needed. Close to the Grand Paradiso function centre. Highly recommend for anyone.
