    Great hotel, excellent location… but front desk staff member attitude stinks. She should probably rethink her career choice.Please tell the staff that guests are what they are there for, not to be made to feel like they are a burden to her. Appreciate it was probably a long night, but geez! That kind of ‘welcome’ is entirely unnecessary! She’s horrible!

    This was our second stay at Rydges Sydney Airport, the hotel is a convenient place to stay for that international getaway out of Sydney. With the close proximity to the international terminal it’s perfect for any early flight. We left on a 6am morning flight so it was so easy to wake up and proceed to checkin counters at the terminal. The Cloud 9 Bar is a must if you like plane spotting but does close a touch early. Staff super friendly and the hotel is busy so you can expect to wait at reception, but the hotel offers self-check-in kiosks for arrivals and departures. But I still like the old fashioned meet and greet, from the front of staff. We had a high floor room, king bed, airport view. Room was comfortable with a wide variety on the flat screen. With a seperate shower to toilet combination - a plus. Room rate was at the higher end but it is about the location, comfort and easy of making your way to the Sydney International Terminal. We will definitely consider staying again for our next trip. Nice work !!!

    The main appeal of this hotel is its location adjacent to Sydney Airport International terminal. For that, maybe it's worth it. But I felt it was pretty overpriced ($535 Australian Dollars per night - although that did include a good breakfast buffet). The room felt cramped although it was quiet. Service was average.

    Early takeoff.

    We had an early morning takeoff at 7.30 am, having to be at the airport 3 hours before takeoff we decided to spend the night at Ridges at the international airport. This hotel is across the street from the customs departure gate 2 minutes walk. The rooms were clean & tidy, bed was comfortable & the shower had both a shower rose & rain head shower.Nice bar down stairs for a drink but a little pricey, we went over to the international airport for dinner.We would definitely do it again because of the convenience.
