    Comfortable cheap stay in the city

    Despite being in the city and my bunk bed is right next to the window, it's not noisy at all. Curtains are truly blackout, I wasn't affected by the main light switched on by the bunkmates. It was comfortable stay. The lounge/kitchen is small, but adequate for number of occupants. Friendly staff with good service. The toilets are kept clean. And there's hair-dryer that can be borrowed to use out of hours too.

    Tjis was my first time at a hostel. I arrived later than I'd liked and was greeted warmly by reception. Instructions on the facility was nice and clear. The place was clean and tidy. Price point was fabulous!Would definitely stay again.

    Perfect for our needs

    Stayed in the 6 bed family room with a few friends when we came down to see a musical. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet! The Pods were so cosy and there was enough room both in the pod and in the room to keep our stuff. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean, didn’t mind having to share facilities. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

    Stayed here for a couple nights with friends. Staff were super friendly and always checked in with us if we needed anything. Bed was comfortable and fairly spacious inside the pods. It can get a bit cold during the night but staff kindly provided additional blankets for us.

    We were a party of 6 , from 14yrs to 76yrs, looking for accommodation in Sydney for Vivid, when I found The Pod. It sounded quirky and a bit of fun. We were not disappointed. The room was clean and featured 6 bunk beds. The beds were comfortable and each space was private with a curtain closing off the bed area from the room. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked.My children loved the sleeping pods and each chose a top bunk! Leaving the older of us to not have to climb the ladders to the top!!It was just an easy place to stay. Good value for money, clean, friendly and a great location!Great location, great place to stay
