The apartment hotel has 2 lifts and features 121 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Very well placed to see everything in Sydney. Staff were lovely and helpful. The room had everything. As we were in Australia for a month we liked the washing machine and dryer. The room we were allocated had amazing views across the harbour and was clean but very dated.     Wow! What a great place. A lovely aparthotel located just a short walk from Circular Quay. Had a balcony room with fantastic views. The apartment was well appointed although was perhaps a little dated in some areas (but that didn't detract from a great stay). The mid-level swimming pool was superb (great views from there too) and the overall experience was brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful.     Daughter booked us a fabulous apartment. Panoramic view of bridge and opera house. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms though a slight plumbing issue in both. Lift to road below hotel a godsend. Hill up to hotel very steep indeed and challenging without using lift. Great location close to Circular Quay, The Rocks and CBD. Reception staff were very helpful and efficient.     Great hotel close to the international cruise terminal

    We stayed here for a night before getting in a cruise. Perfect location - just an easy 5 minute walk to the international cruise terminal. Staff were very friendly, room was great, and the heated pool and spa are amazing. Beautiful views from the pool!The only negative was that we requested early check in which we didn't get, and there were black hairs on a towel and on the bathroom floor, as well as in the bath.
